Positive: The check-in was easy, and the room was nice. Bathroom and shower arrangement worked and was fine. Location was good for walking around the city. Air conditioning and water heating was okay too.

Positive: Cheap, close to many places. Lots of local restaurants along the street. Staffs are helpful as well.

Negative: No soundproof. You can hear all (disgusting) noises from next door’s toilet.

Positive: Great view of the river and town. They could communicate a bit through Google translate.

Negative: I asked for them to clean the room but it was not done. No clean towels and water. No bath curtains so water splashed on the floor. Whole area was wet. Slippery bath tub. My partner slipped and hurt himself. The lift doesn't go to the ground floor. They could not communicate on the phone due to language barrier.
