Positive: The apartment is just perfect! Located 10 min walk to Colosseo, directly a bus stop downstairs and walk to metro station is also just 1km. Modern renovated with everything you would need, super clean, tasteful furniture and decorations. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, induction hub, enough dishware for our 3 nights stay, and a nespresso coffee maschine. Bedroom is so comfortable and spacious, i had the most comfortable bed in my whole Italy stay as i personally love mattress that has a certain of firmness. Bathroom is also super clean and shower is great! There is also a washing machine & dryer, which we didnt use though, but for sure is a big plus! Overall this apartment is really high standard and offers you a cosy home in Rom. Upon our arrival there are also some drinks and snacks prepared in the fridge and this is such a delight and nice hospitality gesture! The host Darya is such a wonderful person! Communications on whatsapp before arrival and in person upon our arrival was all smooth and pleasant. She has given us a detailed tour in the apartment. Once our electricity was off and she was reachable immediately on the phone to help us out even though that time was already 18:30! On our departure day she also helped us to call a taxi. Many thanks to Darya! If we go to Rom again, we would definitely wanna stay there again!

Negative: Nothing. Sometimes you might hear people talking in the corridor or hear their steps as it is an old building, but otherwise it is quiet during the night. One more piece of cleaning rag for the kitchen would be great!

Positive: It is super clean, newly renovated, perfect facilities and super comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable. We really like the apartment and next time if in Rome, will definitely want to stay here again. The host Darya was very helpful and friendly.

Negative: Only a minor issue was there was no lift to carry our luggage up to the apartment as we had big suitcases. Every thing else is perfect.

Summary: Love it! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Positive: I have never stayed in such a clean, and clean-smelling accommodation in my entire life. Both of my daughters & I were blown away. Darya, the host, was hands-down, the most helpful, warm & friendliest I have ever experienced and went out of her way to make our stay in the apartment and Rome as comfortable as possible. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were wonderful and the many thoughtful little amenities & treats (including disposable slippers) made us feel welcomed. The location is very central & handy and if you are going to stay in Rome I would recommend treating yourself to this wonderful apartment.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

Positive: Coloseo can be seen from the window and within walking distance to the oldest part of Rome. Stylish and spacious apartment. Both bedrooms are on the quiet side. Extremely clean. Welcoming cold drinks and snacks.

Positive: Host was fantastic. Very good attention to details, she thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Room was clean, location is great. If we go back to Rome again, we will definite consider staying the same place again.

Negative: Again, everything was good. One possible improvement could be: the apartment could use a full length dress mirror. There is really nothing else to complain about at all even if I try to think and make up something!

Positive: After a week in London & Paris, it was a delight to stay at the Petra Apartments in Rome. Our wonderful host Darya was waiting for us outside to handover the keys. She gave us a tour of the apartment, explained all of the ins and outs and was kind enough to answer all of our questions, including recommendations on where to have dinner that evening. The apartment is pristine. It’s basically brand new, absolutely 100% the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The most organized. Top to bottom it’s near perfection. So beautiful, well designed with beautiful red accents. The apartment had two bedrooms, two amazing bathrooms, a large dining table in the kitchen, a very large and comfortable sofa and three perfectly working air conditioners, more than enough towels for four people, and the bathrooms were lavishly stocked with shampoo soap and anything else you would need. In Paris, we ran out of everything quickly and in this apartment after one week we still had products left over. Our host was kind enough to stock the fridge with water, soda, and other things. It was very thoughtful and kind. You can tell the host/owner put a lot of care and thought into not only the design of this property but the care of her guests as well. In life, it’s all about the little things and Darya definitely covered that and the big things as well. I’m not easily impressed and this place impresses. In fact, the moment my family walked in, the first words out of their mouth was Wow! The location is excellent as well. You are near the Colosseum, there are restaurants and souvenir shops everywhere but most importantly there’s a 24 hour supermarket that is fantastic. The supermarket has absolutely everything you need. Down the street from the apartment is also a lovely gelato shop called Very Buono Rome, and the shop owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life.

Negative: Nothing could’ve been better. I’d say there isn’t a lift/elevator, however the apartment is only one floor up. I did have to carry my suitcases up one floor but it was worth it. Keep in mind elevators/lifts aren’t that common. The sidewalk is narrow and sometimes busy but again, not an issue.

Summary: Exceptional apartment in a very good location. Would stay again and recommend to all.

Positive: Apartment itself is awesome.Newly renovated, it is very well finished & furnished with everything you’d need. Two double bedrooms with en-suites was perfect! Top Location with a 3-4 minute walk to Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants minutes from front door.
