About Colosseo is a fabulous apartment with a view of the Colosseum, a symbol of Rome. It is located on one of the most famous streets in the Imperial Forums area, just a short walk from the most important archaeological area, including the Palatine Hill, the Domus Aurea, the Roman Forums, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Basilica of San Clemente, the Church of St. Peter and St. John. In short, an apartment in the eternal city, the dream come true of every tourist who will see the Colosseum directly from their window.
This area offers numerous restaurants, bars, 24-hour supermarkets, and shops, as well as the opportunity to reach the city's main points of interest on foot. There are excellent metro and bus connections, and bike and segway rentals are available just steps from the building.
The 100 sq.m. apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator. Completely renovated, spacious, cozy, and finished in every detail, it is equipped with all the comforts. It consists of:
- A living room with a 3-seater sofa convertible into a sofa bed, air conditioning, heating, terrestrial TV station and Ethernet, Smart TV, Netflix, and a "dolby surround" system.
- A fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table for up to 6 people, a snack table perfect for breakfast, and an espresso machine available to guests.
- Three double bedrooms with air conditioning, heating, wardrobe, walk-in closet, and TV.
- Two bathrooms with showers, fully equipped with hairdryer, soaps, and linen.
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned in all rooms, has independent heating, terrestrial TV and Ethernet, Smart TV, Netflix, Hi-Fi, very fast fiber internet connection, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and every other comfort. All windows are equipped with double glazing for excellent sound insulation. The furniture is modern and of excellent quality, with original exposed wooden beam ceilings that complete this elegant and quiet apartment in the heart of the historic center of Rome.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Our keyholder will contact you about a day before your arrival to arrange the check-in time, hand you the keys, and show you the apartment. We are available to guests to make your Roman holiday unforgettable, providing all useful information about the city, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, wine bars, and groceries in the area. For any unforeseen events or clarifications, we can be reached by phone (Whats_App) or email.
At the time of check-in, it will be necessary to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law, so a valid ID will be requested. Upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax of €5.00 per person per night (excluding children under 10 years old) will be required, as requested by the City of Rome.
The switching on and off of air conditioning and heating is subject to the current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C (with a tolerance of -2°C) for all types of buildings. In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C (with a tolerance of +2°C).
If necessary, we can arrange transfers to and from the main airports of Rome and to and from the Port of Civitavecchia with a van and private driver.

Summary: Our first visit to Rome was great in Stefano’s apartment. We had no trouble locating in and he was extremely responsive and we were able to access it upon arrival. It’s extremely clean and within walking distance of many food options, groceries and sights. The train station is also close by. We had one little problem and he arrived within 30 mins to sort it out. He provided great recommendations for local places as well. The communication was excellent, needs comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Definitely recommend.

Summary: I cannot speak highly enough about this apartment, it was clean exact like the listing and in a wonderful area of Rome. There are lots of restaurants, stores and wine bars within walking distance. The close proximity to the Colosseum was outstanding as we could visit it day or night with a short walk of less than five minutes. Highly recommend.

Summary: This apartment was wonderful for our large family! It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and plenty of space to eat and hang out after walking around the city. The location was close to several nice restaurants, the colosseum and forum. It was also easy to walk to the metro or a taxi. The hosts were especially helpful and even mailed some items we accidentally left in the apartment!

Summary: The apartment had all the charm of the pictures and was a great place to start our exploration of Rome. The Colosseum and Forum are right there as well as many great restaurants in the neighborhood. The nearby metro stop is also very convenient to take you to other parts of Rome. The hosts were great to work with.

Summary: This property was mostly comfortable and nicely appointed. I loved being able to stroll the Colosseo Park every day! It had easy access to shops, markets, a pharmacy, and several delicious restaurants. There was even an Uber pick up right downstairs, very convenient. Check in was very easy and pleasant. The owners were very responsive throughout the process. Much appreciated! Expect some noise from neighbors and cafes below, but it went quiet before midnight. My biggest concern was with the beds. They were very stiff. The sheets and towels were clean. The other bedding was not. Every bed spread/duvet was stained and covered in pet/animal hair. The pillows were old, mis-shaped, and stained yellow and brown. Fortunately, this is a very easy fix for the owner! :) Thank you for a nice stay!

Summary: We had an amazing stay! This is a perfect location - walkable and accessible to most of the sites of Rome ( about 1-2 miles of flat grade walking). Great local watering holes and gelato. I enjoyed communicating with the host- they were kind and VERY generous. The check in was so easy. There is a small grocery store literally next door too! They also arranged for transport for my other family coming in- all I had to do was verify the flight information! When we head to Rome again- I will definitely stay here. The washing Machine was an added bonus! Thank you!
