Positive: PROS -The location is the main attraction, a few minutes walk to the visitor centre, it was the BEST decision ever! Value for money. - the main thing for me was customer service and special shout out goes to Waleed he is a legend and a credit to the hotel & Hazem was very good too. All the front desk are helpful - rooms were basic but clean & that’s what matters. -rami provided a very good breakfast box

Negative: CONs - breakfast is basic but fills the gap. - the phone in the room was broken and we informed them but it wasn’t replaced. So we had come down to speak to them or get our guide to ring them. -gave us an iron that was leaking water, but I’m still grateful for them providing one straight away.

Summary: PLS DO BOOK AS A SUPERB LOCATION, CLEAN HOTEL & GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Positive: The location is just a short few mins walk to Petra visitor center entrance to the main site. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops along the streets. The hotel manager is helpful and friendly, gave us good info on Petra, and late check out. Wifi signal is good.

Negative: Might be better to put a signage at main street on how to enter the hotel. Our driver dropped us off at the main street in front of the hotel building, but the entrance of the hotel is at the side alley.

Positive: The staff was nice and helpful! Location is so great, just next to the Movenpick, just 1 min from the Petra entry, so convenient after 6 or 8 hours of walking in Petra! Free parking And several good restaurants just nearby and supermarket to buy some water, yohurt, banana or almonds
