Positive: I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to everything yet still quiet and peaceful. I also really appreciated the atmosphere of the place — it felt cozy and authentic, not like a typical tourist hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Positive: It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it. The staff were fantastic and friendly. The location is close to the market and the visitor center. The internet was very good. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The dinner was unique and locally inspired. I highly recommend it.

Negative: Booking.com lists this as a hotel and lists the wrong name to make it seem like a hotel! The name is Petra Peace Town Hostel!! I needed an elevator and they don't have one. I was pissed when we arrived and I found out. But the owner took good care of us and it was cheap. It was cold and hard to heat. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom.

Positive: The location is very good think is's close to Petra entrance. This staff was very nice and responsive.

Negative: The mattress would need to be changed since it's already worn down a lot in general since the whole is with carpet.

Positive: Very helpful people, that were very responsive about everything we needed. The location is good for the center but a bit far from petra (5 mins by car downhill). The room is nice and the bathrooms as well.

Negative: On the other hand we needed a couple of things from the beginning. Like we didnt have toilet paper, or hot water one day (but as i said that was fixed extremely fast, hot water in 15 mins).
