Positive: We actually were upgraded to Movenpick Petra. The room was nice. Staff was perfect. They have the best breakfast I have experienced (quality and selection of products). The hotel is very close to the Petra entrance.

Positive: I stayed here 4 years ago, and when I returned this week I saw the same faces again — and that is exactly why I chose this hotel once more. The staff honestly makes this place special. A very special thanks to İbrahim at the bar. His energy, attention, hospitality and pure kindness is on another level. He really elevates the entire experience and makes you feel truly welcomed — like a guest, not just a customer. Also thank you to Omar, Murad, Amina, and all the others working here. Every single one of them treated us in the best way during our stay. This hotel is not just a place to sleep — it’s a place where you are remembered, recognized, and hosted with genuine care. That is why I will keep coming back.

Positive: loved everything about our stay--my only regret was that it wasn't longer! Will definitely be back. the hotel is beautifully designed, with stunning views. The staff is also wonderful, like Muath and so many more! The location is also excellent. Can't wait to come back soon.
