Escape to paradise with this stunning, freshly remodeled 6 bedroom home! This home features your own private heated pool, BBQ, and Canal-front view! Located in a prime SW Cape Coral neighborhood with close proximity to great local attractions! Surfin’ on Surfside will have you wishing you'd planned a longer vacation!
This freshly remodeled villa boasts a stunning 3,028 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The moment you open the front door you will be immersed in paradise when you see your beautiful heated pool and closed in lanai area surrounded by palm trees! The patio area has your own table and chairs, along with a BBQ for cooking. The lanai is fully screened in, so there will be no worries about your bug friends invading your privacy during your stay! When you walk into the house from the pool, you will enter your brand new kitchen area with seats along the island to hang out! The kitchen is stocked with coffee machines and everything you need to cook during your stay! Your living room has a large couch with plenty of room for everyone along with a ROKU smart TV to stream all your favorite movies and shows (personal login credentials are required to stream). Your master bedroom on the first floor is equipped with its own bathroom and can access the pool deck area. Upstairs you will find the entire floor devoted to your second master bedroom, fully equipped with its own bathroom and plenty of privacy. 2 of the guest bedrooms are equipped with 2 full size beds in each. 1 of the guest bedrooms is equipped with a queen bed. The last guest bedroom has a queen bed with amazing canal views! Both Master bedrooms are equipped with their own ROKU smart TV's. Creating a relaxing and fun vacation full of memories for our guests is very important to us, and this villa is set up for you to do just that!
AMENITIES: We understand the importance of ensuring our guests have a comfortable and stress free stay. To that end, we are pleased to offer a complimentary "starter pack" of essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags for your convenience upon arrival at Surfin' On Surfside. Summary: The home was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and near some shops and eateries which was convenient. Host, Nataliya was very responsive and accommodated a special request. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

Summary: We enjoyed a great week stay here with 8 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of room for our group. Loved the outdoor patio and pool area. The host was very responsive to pre-arrival questions and helped adjust the dates of our arrival/departure without issue. There's a few minor things with wear, but not a big deal. Walking distance to some bars/restaurants, Starbucks, and some stores. Would recommend!
