Escape now to this wonderful pool home on freshwater canal with open concept Kitchen, Dining Room and Family Room. Renovated throughout with a contemporary flair. 2025 New Hurricane Windows!!!! New Contemporary Front Door. 2024 master bathroom remodel with new shower and flooring, 2023 Kitchen remodel with new Cabinets, Large Island with lots of storage, New Cambria Countertops, beautiful Back splash, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and new lighting. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Great Room, Open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryer. Heated pool in large Lanai, outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area, cement dock with lounge chairs. Very quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village where you can watch the Dolphins and Manatee swimming and playing in the gulf.. The house is fully furnished and has a large gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.

Summary: This home was one of the most well appointed places we have rented. They thought of everything. Beds were comfy and rooms were roomy. Plenty of amenities, towels, etc. There was even a fully stocked spice rack and cooking oils. We will definitely rent here again! The pool was in the sun the entire afternoon. The evening sunset was lovely over the trees. The owners are truly “Midwest Nice” by having there home complete with everything you need! Thank you!

Summary: House was as advertised. My family loved the house, pool and all the amenities. Our kids loved that they had their own TV’s in each room with access to various streaming apps.The beach material provided was a lifesaver. The tent, towels, chairs, bags, and beach mat were greatly appreciated. If we didn’t have these our trips to the beach would not have been as enjoyable, great additions. If we are ever back in Cape Coral we would definitely return to this property, and recommend to other visitors.

Summary: The house was very clean upon arrival and had all of the extras we wished for in a vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture, decor, and ammenities the property provided made it a very updated and enjoyable home to stay in. We were able to view a lot of wildlife in the canal and the sunsets were fabulous. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the Cape Coral area!

Summary: We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. My kids enjoyed the pool of course! The house was close to lots of stores, restaurants and fun things to do and see. Check in/out process was easy. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
