Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage. Communications with property manager was very easy and quick. Property was very quaint and perfect for our extended stay in San Clemente/Dana Point area. The walk to Capo Beach overlook was super convenient and a fun sunset location. Absolutely a great spot! Thank you for the hospitality! Hope to be back.

Summary: My husband and I, with our two girls, stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June. The outdoor spaces felt private, the indoor spaces were clean and comfortable, and the location was walking distance to a park, groceries, dining options, and an easy drive to the beach. Beach towels and chairs were provided, but a beach umbrella would have been a nice addition. I was able to wash clothes with the quality washer & dryer. There was no A/C but many fans available and a nice breeze from the beautiful weather outside. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!

Summary: From the initial booking right through until the minute we drove away from our 2 month stay at this property, the customer service and fast attention from Chris ( the property manager) was excellent. He was so responsive. This property is located in an ideal location. Everything you could possibly need is a half mile away. Everything and more. It makes a fantastic base for exploring so much of Orange County. The outdoor space is private and well maintained. The interior is bright, modern and has the amenities you want. Appliance were great, the kitchen is massive and very nice to work in. Water pressure and hot water are plentiful. Linens and towels were great and plentiful too. A surprise was the use and access to the garage with a weight rack and bench if you’re looking for a quick workout. The neighbourhood is clean, safe and super convenient. Around the corner is an exceptional park to watch sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and this property.
