Positive: Superb location, surrounded by the pure nature, horses, birds. Unique accommodation far away from civilization, where you can sleep in the Shepherd's hut with an open wide door looking at horses roaming on the field with sun set in the background.

Summary: Excellent retreat for body, soul and mind.

Positive: Everything 😁 accommodation very comfortable the first time in years I didn't wake up until 9 ! Normally awake at 6 lol - communal area well thought out - could live there - wonderful place to relax and can't wait to return

Negative: The overall description is very misleading. There is no reference to "glamping". It does state "the entire place is yours"... , yes, yours and...all the other guests on the property. It also states "1 bedroom, 1 bathroom". Also correct, except that the communal bathroom is 30 metres away, down a muddy track. Not ideal for those who need the loo in the middle of the night in the pouring rain. I have nothing against a bit of glamping, but I'd like to be told upfront what is being offered. If you want to stay somewhere on a farm which is reasonably quiet and you don't mind the wind whistling in through the 1 inch gap in the door, a fake fireplace and a hike to an admittedly lovely clean bathroom, then by all means, consider this as an option BUT if you're looking for somewhere warm and draught-free with a private ensuite bathroom then I suggest you look elsewhere.

Positive: Incredible location, so peaceful and relaxing watching the swallows flying around with an open fire outside. Short walk to May Hill where you can see views of our beloved Welsh mountains. Hosts were very friendly & accommodating, particularly their little dog Margot who ‘helped’ me cook porridge in the mornings! Beautiful part of the world, would highly recommend the Shepherd’s Hut to anyone.

Positive: Very friendly hosts and charming, cozy and clean place. Special attention was drawn to the mini pub with a nice atmosphere where I was able to play a mini concert during a birthday party. I highly recommend this place:)
