Positive: The quiet location and the stream with the kingfisher. Very spacious and a nice kitchen and fridge with an ice machine. The Farmer's Boy pub was excellent with fine food and also was the Yew tree. The mountain biking was excellent in the Forest of Dean and easy to get to from the property.
Negative: The bath was broken when we got there from the prevs renters so we could only use the shower in the master bathroom until a nice man turned up later into the holiday to patch it up with tape so we could use the shower until a new one was fitted on the day we left. We couldn't find any recycling bins so the utility room filled up with all the recycling. The drive was steep and onto a country lane with some traffic quite fast. The hedge was overgrown and it was difficult to manoeuvre out without being able to see what was coming. The patio chairs were very uncomfortable to sit out on. An extra pillow would have been nice on the beds too.

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable, was large enough to,accommodate a mixed group people, beautiful garden and outlook. Loved the facilities in the garage and the fully equipped utility room, bedrooms were comfortable. A very sociable house Plenty of parking Liked the welcome pack.
Negative: Felt that the outdoor table needs to be bigger and have at least 8 chairs to accommodate a full house. Although there was a dishwasher no tablets were provided and no dishcloth, only small things but they make a difference.
Summary: Beautiful property with fantastic outdoor space.

Positive: Ranbir House is beautiful, we stayed as a group of 7 friends and didn't leave all weekend! It's beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Hot tub is a really nice touch and the back garden area is stunning
Negative: The Google maps pin is in the wrong place so it was tricky to find!

Positive: It’s a lovely 4 bed house, with a fabulous hot tub and table tennis which really added to our family holiday. There is also a huge tv for film nights with a log burner and an arcade. The kitchen is well appointed. The underfloor heating was so good did not need to put the log burner on. Outside is a lovely stream and the views are amazing. Little shop in the village sells almost everything! A short walk takes you up to the hills. Well maintained and a huge thank you for the lovely goodies!

Positive: Clean, fresh and well presented.
Negative: It wasn’t fully dog proof. We barricaded the sides of the house for peace of mind. Although there was a gate at the front of the property it was not secure. Not young child friendly with the stream Not enough utensils including egg cups They may possibly want to have an option for stair gates.
Summary: Lovely place to stay but not fully dog proof.
