Positive: I was very impressed with Perlman House. The rustic feel was incredibly authentic, adding to the charm of the place. It's ideally located within walking distance of the OK, Ou Meule, and the planetarium, making it very convenient. The friendly cats around the property added to the charm. I felt very safe during my stay. We forgot something in the room and the owner of the property contacted us the same day to let us know, and offered a solution to get it back to us. Overall, I had a great stay and highly recommend Perlman House to anyone visiting Sutherland.
Negative: The only recommendation for improvement would be adding a sliding door or partition between the bathroom and bedroom in the Kolhaas room, as the whole unit is open plan. With two of us in the room, a sliding bathroom door would’ve helped with privacy.

Positive: Beautiful little cottage in a secure property. So much attention to detail, it felt like a world on its own. Decor from where we park to in our home- very thoughtful & beautiful. The cottage was so well set up with everything I could have needed for my stay. Upon arrival the heating was already on - again, how thoughtful! Off street parking, wifi, smart tv, fireplace & heating - well equipped.
Negative: I loved everything, no complaints.
Summary: Lovely fasciitis, thoughtful hosts. Value for money.
