Summary: Spotlessly clean Great base for walking, nice little gym in site and hot tub to unwind at the end of the day Fully equipped kitchen. Sofas very comfortable

Summary: A wonderful Autumn break at Periwinkle Lodge. Beautiful lodge with amazing lake & woodland walks which were stunning at this time of year. We had an issue with the hot tub, which was dealt with quickly but not resolved. Only one jet was working which was disappointing & we were told to begin with that it was working when clearly it wasn’t. The site team explained the situation further & we felt disappointed as if there are issues with hot tubs then customers should be told. As the purpose of the break for us was to completely relax, we chose a hot tub as an essential part of our holiday. The company did refund us some money for this.

Summary: We booked this lodge as it looked very smart and had great facilities. The hot tub was ideal to use each day. It’s set in a very quiet and relaxing location, which is just what we had hoped it would be.

Summary: Great place easy to find very clean spacious everything we needed supplied great Hot tub and excellent walks around the lake . All in all we enjoyed every bit of our break .

Summary: We had a lovely few days away staying here. The lodge was spacious and had all of the amenities we could need. There was a lot of rain over our few days so the dog wash was an absolute blessing after a very muddy walk around the lake. The location was absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend and we intend to visit again.

Summary: Lovely lodge within a private and very peaceful setting. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is lovely for the evenings and the walk around the lake is a great way to have a small walk and take in the views.
