Positive: The view from the room was spectacular and we loved the location. It is a quiet place but walking distance to the fishing village. The staff was always smiling and friendly. The hotel is very basic but I would stay there again.

Negative: Here on booking.com it says that there's a safe box and a wardrobe in the room, which is not true. A pity because it would make it more comfortable. I wrote about it to the hotel and they apologised but never removed these amenities from the ad.

Positive: Location was great! View was stunning. Everyone seems to operate on island time, but staff help where they can.

Negative: When we booked, I was unaware that there was no hot water so be warned! Not an issue when the weather was warm but when the aircon cooled the room it got quite cold. The floor in my bathroom also flooded a lot, which was annoying

Positive: The staff and service. Shout out to Mira from the boat office at the harbour. She was fantastic and very helpful. The view from the room and balcony.

Negative: Wet toilet floor from air conditioner pipe. But we placed the plastic garbage bin under the pipe and emptied it each day which solved the problem. Noisy neighbours.

Summary: Pretty cool staying in converted container with magnificent voews across the water to the island. Easy transport by boat

Positive: The front desk is super helpful. If you need a water taxi, they'll call you one and it'll arrive in 10-30 mins. They'll also rent you snorkeling gear. Right outside the chalet is a snorkeling location! There are still some live corals further out so please be careful about stepping them. They even have a washing area near the entrance of the chalet so you can clean yourself up before entering the room! There's a nice seating area that overlooks the ocean with free WiFi. Its low frills but it had all the necessities. If you walk further out there's a tiny strip of shops with restaurants.

Negative: There wasn't a restaurant in here but it wasn't a big deal as there was a restaurant nearby. The toilet had a little smell but was generally bearable after a while (it comes and goes). In the room we rented, the toilet vents into the room instead of outside. Upon arriving, there isn't a solid jetty structure per se but a set of buoys tied together so luggages can be a bit challenging to carry.

Positive: Extremely clean and well kept. The reef just in front of the property is magnificent. The staff are helpful and kind. WiFi was decent.

Negative: Some things are more expensive than in the places just around. Access to the stairs into the property is challenging at high tide - you need to get wet. The jetty is half broken and unstable, for most people it's ok - but for people with problems walking etc it can be a challenge.
