Positive: Good location, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was great

Negative: One of the rooms had water damage and was for my grandmother in the first floor as she can’t take upstairs Her room had water damage and the bathroom area was leaking a lot and the heating system wasn’t working properly it turned off several times in the night and barely warmed the room But our room in the second floor was pretty good, no issues at all

Summary: Good for one night, for the good room I wouldn’t have issue in the good room for a couple nights

Positive: Absolutely the best breakfast we've had in Turkey! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great - many options for dinner. Parking was on the road nearby - if you're driving, might be best to check the street before you drive up, as it is pretty narrow!

Positive: A beautiful, traditional house located in the heart of the old city, close to archaeological sites and featuring a magnificent garden, sounds very promising. However, unless it offers a truly exceptional breakfast in a perfect setting that captures the atmosphere of a village home, the expectations for this place may fall short of reality. What a pity!

Negative: Little care is taken in cleaning the room and corridors. The shower head in the bathroom is rusty, and there are spots of dirt on the glass and walls. The bedside lamps are tasteful but lack bulbs, and the couch pillows are dirty and torn. In general, this place seems to be a little neglected. P.S. It's peculiar that in the booking appear two pensions with the same name (Bergamonpension), one with almost perfect reviews and another with bad reviews. It's the same Hotel!! Unfortunately, I saw only the one with 9.6 reviews and not the other with 7.
