Positive: Great place to stay in Bergama, near the ancient city of Akropolis. Hotel is owned by a very nice couple. Room was very clean and comfortable and the owner provided an excellent breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend it if you planning to visit the city. You should contact them before arriving as the google maps use the narrow streets which are very steep and hard to maneuver.

Negative: Narrow streets towards the hotel. If you have big bags, please request for ground floor.

Positive: The hotel was lovely and the staff did try hard to assist.

Negative: The inability of the staff to understand English. The spa was over priced for the treatments provided ( no issue with the therapist who was lovely).

Summary: A lovely location but the hotel does not cater for English speaking guests in both options for food and guest experience

Positive: The staff were very helpful in identifying things to do in Bergama. The hotel is a lovely set up with a nice terrace where we had some drinks and relaxed in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was very generous and fresh.

Negative: Shower hot water was very low pressure and not hot at all and air conditioner is not able to keep room warm .
