Positive: Great location, very comfortable rooms and extremely friendly staff - special thanks to the receptionist lady who was super super nice and friendly. She even brought some tea for us when we mentioned that we felt a bit under the weather.

Positive: When we arrived, they greeted us right away. Since our booking the hotel was near loud construction. They moved our entire group of 16 to another nearby hotel at the same rates. They made sure we got settled in and all was good

Positive: Location is very good with convenient parking available. Hotel has clearly been updated & looks modern between its neighbours. Staff very friendly & helpful. Big rooms and a convenient lift.⁶
Negative: Bathroom lets the hotel down as the fancy-looking shower had a glass panel missing and barely worked. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall.
