Summary: Location is great for walking downtown, about 20 minutes. Several coffee shops and restaurants less than 10 minute walk. Sitting on the porch hearing the church bells ring was nice in the morning. Would return if in the area.

Summary: What a great little house. Other than the staircase that goes on forever, we’ve got nothing but good things to say about this house. Since we were driving down and arrival wasn’t in stone, management allowed us to check in a little bit early. The house was spotless, and exactly as the pictures showed. We come down to visit with family, so don’t spend a ton of time at the house, but the house was perfect for just the two of us and the time we did spend there. Lauren is fantastic to work with, and we plan to rent this place again next year.

Summary: Traveling with a toddler is stressful, but this home had a pack n play, high chair, beach toys etc which eliminated items I had to pack in the car! The house was very clean and the owner was quick to respond if I had any questions, she even reached out to see how our first night was. If we were to come back to Pensacola we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Property was cute and clean. Back yard patio was very cozy too. They thought of everything inside including salt and pepper and toys for kids to play! Neighborhood is close to main street. Will definitely return. My only suggestion is to include a TV in the primary bedroom.

Summary: This house was perfect for the two of us. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and within minutes of downtown Pensacola and beaches. The house was well-equipped with many extra and thoughtful amenities. The backyard was private and we enjoyed sitting around the gas fireplace. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again.

Summary: Perfect little getaway! Even the C st. location worked out fantastic, as We were visiting family that live on W Gregory! All the added amenities were very thoughtful and appreciated, from snacks, water, a first kit and it even had a Portocrib and a in seat high chair for our little one. Bedrooms are upstairs, and there's a cute little balcony to sit on. Also a nice fenced in backyard! Lauren was super sweet and willing to help. Communication was great and checking in was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again!
