This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared laundry.
*This 2 unit property, previously a single family home, consists of a private main unit and a private secondary unit.. Some noise does travel from one unit to the other.
PARKING
There is one off street parking space for you, plus plenty of free street parking.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Covered front patio with dining table.
Propane BBQ is on a paver pad adjacent to the front porch, but is not covered.

AMENITIES
Kitchenware, linens and furniture are inspected between every guest. If we missed something let us know and we will get it replaced quickly.
Kitchen: Stocked with coffee maker, grinder, plenty of cook and dishware.
Bathroom:
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
Bath towels (at least 2 per person)
Extra linens and blankets
The laundry room is located on the rear of the building.

We are Pet Friendly!

We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed, or size restrictions.
Your pet will likely encounter other animals during they stay since this is a 2 unit property, so we cannot accommodate reactive or aggressive animals.
The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard! We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.

Summary: The rental is spacious and well equipped. Everything was in working order, refrigerator, stove, microwave. Plenty of dishes, pans etc... Nice size TV and lots of windows for plenty of sunshine. Room sizes were just perfect, not cramped for space. Nice front porch to sit out on and a very roomy fenced backyard. Nice laundry room separate from both units of the duplex. Plenty of beach supplies as well!!

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay here and the property was so close to all the attractions! The manager of property was kind enough to leave a binder which included attractions to check out. Definitely will stay here again!!

Summary: We drove down from Cincinnati for a memorial for a very special person who passed away in December, so having an easy arrival and comfortable house at our disposal helped out immensely. The house was exactly as we expected- comfy beds, ceil fans (we can’t sleep without a fan! Lol), beach towels/cooler/beach bags for us to use waiting for us too! Will definitely stay here again if it’s available for our next trip back down to Pensacola ❤️
