The Ramona House, sleeps 8, is a true modern gem across the street from the beach. 2 upstairs bedrooms sport kings size beds, plus upstairs family room with fireplace (3rd bedroom with queen sofa bed),with 2.5 bathrooms, new kitchen with great living space Family room with fireplace with deck and ocean view with large flat screen TV. Queen sofa bed in living room with powder room adjacent.

Summary: Our family is somewhat scattered and we don't often have the chance to all be together over the holidays. This year we were able to gather in Laguna Beach, California. The VRBO house we stayed in was perfect for us. It is close to the beach as well as to shopping and restaurants and was very comfortable for relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped for the meals we cooked together. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay there again if we're ever back in the area.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was so convenient to the beach and the Downtown area. The home was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a desk where one can work remotely. The kitchen was very well equipped. We would highly recommend this property and would come back if we’re ever in the area again.

Summary: We stayed here for my son’s Laguna wedding. The owner Lou was very accommodating and let us check in a little early which was very helpful with all the pre wedding stuff happening! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We did not do much cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. My sister-in-law rented the adjacent condo which shares the courtyard and that made the family events even more fun. The condo is a block up from PCH so lively/noisy but great for walkability and convenience!

Summary: Had a wonderful visit in this very nice, clean home with the beach across the street. We each had our own space to sleep and it was perfect for our family. In walking distance to so many restaurants and amenities. We would stay here again if the opportunity comes up in the future.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding and this property was in a great location, close to everything in downtown Laguna. There were abundant supplies of kitchen stuff and towels. The host provided a wonderful list of where to eat and to hang out. The only drawback was that it is very close to Pacific Coast Highway so it is noisy. However, we do not like to use air conditioning so we had the windows open all the time. I am sure if one closed the windows and put the air conditioning on, it would be more quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My friends and I had a beautiful week in Laguna beach. Due to the proximity of the house to Sleepy Hollow beach, we walked down to the beach and did 3 swims a day! Also it was amazing to be able to walk downtown and PCH for choices of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.

Summary: We selected this property for its location. It is a short walk to the beach and within reasonable walking distance to the Festival of the Arts grounds. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a stop for the Laguna Beach free shuttles even closer than the beach. Parking in the neighborhood is very tight so the two reserved off-street parking spaces provided were appreciated. The property was clean and well maintained. There was comfortable sleeping space for our three couples although it would be nicer if there were some privacy curtains in the upstairs third sleeping/sitting room. As an added bonus the owner has provided beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for our use, so we didn't have to bring such equipment on our own. We had a delightful stay and would definitely rent this property again.

Summary: We were extremely pleased with our stay at this property. The communication details for check-in were clear and concise. The property was accessible at the time indicated in the property details and extremely clean. The home was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a major plus! This home is within walking distance of most restaurants and shopping with a quick trolley ride to the Sawdust Festival and Pageant of the Masters. When needed, communication with the host was easy with immediate replies. We hope to stay here again in the future!!
