Awesome location for your family getaway in Utah. It is rare to find a nice 3 bedroom with a large yard. This clean, convenient, and safe space in Layton is minutes from Lagoon, Hill Air Force Base, Ogden Canyon, freeways, shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails. We offer high-speed wifi, free parking right in front, a huge yard that is fenced, and all the amenities you will need. Just pack your bags, we'll provide the rest.
The Space:
This space is loved for its large backyard with patio, safe but quiet neighborhood, and convenient location. We provide board games, a full kitchen with pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, & more.
Guest Access:
You will be provided with a keycode prior to staying along with free parking instructions and wifi is provided in the home.
The Neighborhood:
Very quiet area, fields are across the street, neighbors with children on both sides.
Getting Around:
Just a 5 minute drive to freeways, restaurants, movies, etc… You will want to rent a car if you don’t have your own.
Other Things to Note:
There are neighbors close by, so we ask that you respect them with quiet hours after dark.Quiet hours will be strictly enforced from 10pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and people staying in the other duplex. We will ask guests to leave who cannot follow the quiet hours rule without refund. Many of our guests are on a work vacation.
Absolutely NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOWED! If either of these policies are not followed, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Summary: This is a clean, no-frills place to sleep. It is conveniently located, though on a busy road with a lot of road noise. Listing says it sleeps 10, and there's plenty of bed space, but the kitchen isn't stocked to support that many people, nor is there that much seating space. Owner was easy to communicate with and was accommodating. Washer and dryer on property, which was nice. Toiletries were low-quality (e.g. Suave shampoo), but plenty of towels. Two bathrooms, one upper and one lower, which was good. Overall, a good property that met our needs.

Summary: I enjoyed staying here and felt safe. Make sure you bring your own towels if you are staying here and know that you will be on a road that has a lot of traffic. Otherwise, great property and the property management was very kind and easy to contact.

Summary: We stayed here when we were watching and photographing migrating birds at Antelope Island. Very clean, rooms were nice. Furniture is kitchen are pretty basic but it’s all there and clean! Nice little patio outside as well!

Summary: The rental was cute and as advertised. The upstairs was very comfortable but unfortunately it snowed a foot while we were there and the main level was very cold during both day and night. We had to buy slippers to walk on the tile floors.

Summary: We had to book last minute for a memorial service. The owners kept in contact for once daily check ins and updates, which I liked! Rooms were spacious with huge closets, which we needed with 6 of us staying there. It is close to the road and Hill AFB so there is some noise, but mostly during commute times, we didn’t mind it, but if you’re a light sleeper, stay in the back rooms! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This was a great place. The only drawback was the bathtub didn't drain so we really couldn't take a shower. I think if that was taken care of it would be perfect.
