Positive: A family home with all amenities including clean towels in each bedrooms. 2 bath/toilets very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had all equipment, you may think of! Microwave, hobs, coffee maker, fridge freezer, crockery, etc it was a family home! Parking available. You can leave your car here and use public buses to go into edinburgh city to avoid hassle finding expensive parking. You have to walk around royal mile and then would need to reach your car parked elsewhere while you can catch bus from anywhere to the property! It takes 20-30 mins from edinburgh centre to property. Prompt return of deposit money within a week after stay. They even found my phone charger and posted it back to me! Very very helpful 4 bedrooms on 2 levels with one bath/toilets on each level. One with bath tub and electric hot shower and another with mains walk in shower. Very nice Our kids enjoyed train spotting on rail tracks behind property. The train sounds were not intrusive when windows closed.

Negative: Its not a criticism but it was on 3rd/4th floor without lift. So if you have elderly travellers slightly unfit, they might struggle. It is best for young family.

Summary: It had a very homely feel and good bus connections to Edinburgh centre. We’ll come again!

Positive: Clean and bright, felt very homely. Spacious bedrooms and good facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, especially liked the coffee machine. There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed the living space and would stay again as it was also an excellent location near Edinburgh centre.

Negative: TV wouldn't work apart from Netflix.

Negative: Too many doublebeds. Sleeps 11, but you have to be close. We were 7 guys and one had to sleep on the sofa. Perfect for 4 couples

Positive: The apartment suited the needs of my group. It was on a quiet road we heard no noise from neighbours, the train line runs at the side we occasionally heard a bit of noise but it really did not bother us . Lidl is very close by, and numerous buses pass by the end of the road frequently.

Negative: There was a scruffy pan scourer and dirty dishcloth in the sink, I would rather they had not been there at all or a few pence spent on providing a new one for each guest. There are only 8 chairs at the dining table. A few pounds spent on some new baking trays and a jug that actually went in the microwave would be good. There was some mould on the silicone of the downstairs bath.
