Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was close to supermarkets and transport links were excellent. Bus stop on the road outside and tram was about five or ten minute walk. Clean and lovey welcome pack left.

Negative: On street parking Monday to Friday you have to pay for which would work out as about £30 per day. It is free at a weekend and in an evening although you have to be out for 8am when parking charges start. We used park and ride so parked outside when it was free and left in morning parked up at park and ride and tram into the city. £5.50 for all day ticket and it includes Loithan buses. Also Frosted glass door on bathroom, the bathroom is opposite the front door so when lights are on or the light is coming through the outside window you can see everything. My Mum walked through the front door to see My husband sat on the loo😂

Summary: Overall it was lovely, clean tidy and close to everything you need. Would recommend and would use again.

Positive: On a good commuter route to city centre. Shops nearby.

Negative: Could do with extra armchair in sitting room. One sofa is a bit cosy for 3 people.

Positive: Quiet and clean. Good location, handy for buses and trams. Great shower.

Negative: The remotes for the TV didn't work, the bathroom had a glass door which required to be covered to afford privacy. We could have done with more dish towels/towels in kitchen. The second room was very small and without window.
