Penfold Cottage has 3 bedrooms with a queen and bunks in each room. Brand-new walk-through shower. It has an open living area with a reverse cycle system and oil heaters in each of the bedrooms. There is plenty of flat off-street parking and a secure yard. The sliding gate to street access is lockable if required. Penfold has fast unlimited NBN Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
All the queen beds have electric blankets, the sheets are supplied by a professional linen service and the remaining linen is laundered in our private commercial washer at the required 65 degrees. Our cleaners use commercial grade products.
Penfold Cottage is pet friendly and your furry friends are welcome inside as there is Tasmanian oak polished floorboards throughout.
Guests have access to the entire property except for the double garage and cleaning shed.

Summary: Clean bright and well maintaned, good facilities. My only suggestion would be to install a section of timber quad or similar to the bathroom floor entrance as i did trip on entry however was able to avoid a collsion with the shower screen. Thankyou for your hospitality.
