Positive: The host was very responsive and very accommodating. I booked this accommodation for my mum and her friends and asked that someone be there to help the ladies with their bags and Tess had someone there which was very generous.

Negative: Everything was pretty wonderful except that one of the rooms had a sofa bed which was too big for the room and the mattress on the sofa bed not that comfortable. Would almost be better to have a proper single bed in that room instead.

Summary: Wonderful Hosts Wonderful Property would highly recommend.

Positive: The host responded very quickly and was super helpful. We had a really comfortable stay — the bed, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless. The heating worked perfectly and kept us nice and warm. There’s even a cozy living room where you can watch TV or play board games. I totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Launceston. It was such a relaxing stay… we didn’t want to leave!

Positive: Tess provided clear and precise instructions and promptly responded to my messages. Great host. The property itself was amazing. Great decor, plenty of natural light and was very clean. As we were there predominately for the football at UTAS stadium, the location was ideal.

Negative: there was very little sugar and tea on arrival but also a lack of variety of teas. No big deal though.

Summary: Great place, Great host and Great location.

Positive: This property was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. A lot of thought had gone into the design and it was beautifully decorated in the “art deco”style. The location of the bedrooms with the Queen beds at opposite ends of the apartment was excellent as it enhanced privacy. The manual that comes with the property is also extremely informative. I would certainly stay there again and will recommend it to friends. The host Tess was very approachable and friendly and came round in person on a Saturday afternoon to fix an issue I had with the TV.

Negative: I was in the bedroom fronting the street and it got very hot on the first night. Even though the heating had been turned down a lot ( I think to 17.5 degrees) it still got almost as hot the second night. I didn’t want to turn the heating off altogether as the rest of the apartment was comfortably warm and my friend in the main bedroom with the balcony might have been too cold if I’d done that. I could have left my bedroom door open but I like my privacy and I don’t know whether it would have made much difference. For some reason it was only my bedroom which became overheated. Being older people, we could not work the TV as we usually watch free to air or iview. We appreciated you coming round to fix it but maybe you could leave detailed instructions on how to operate it and turn on the sound as we couldn’t do it on the basis of the instructions provided.

Summary: A very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment.

Positive: Loved the decor and feel of the apartment. Very well appointed and couldn’t want for anything more. Great location and close to everything you need. Tess was very friendly and helpful as well as being very prompt with any questions or requests.

Negative: I couldn’t fault the property. We even had a parking spot.

Summary: Beautiful, comfortable, fantastic location and well appointed.
