Summary: The perfect launch pad for exploring the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. Loved sleeping to the sound of the river, and there were plenty of places nearby for food and drink even though it was off season.

Summary: This property was very well maintained. Cabins were very clean , very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Can’t wait to come back , and be able to enjoy the fire place , shuffleboard etc. It was raining sadly the whole time , and then of course the day we left it was nice sunny and 68!

Summary: This is our fourth time in Lincoln and our first time at the Pemi Cabins. We previously stayed at hotels (Days Inn, Best Western, etc) and our stay at The Pemi Cabin has been our favorite. We were there for 8 nights. The cabin was cozy and looked recently renovated. We stayed in Cabin 6. We were a bit disappointed that the fireplace in the cabin could not be used; other than that, we loved our stay. The cabin was quiet and the staff we talked with were very friendly. If we are going back to Lincoln in the future, we will definitely stay there again!

Summary: Pros: Very cute & clean. Bed was comfortable. Cons: Shower & bathroom were very small. Cabin was very drafty.

Summary: It’s so nice to be on the river. The renovated rooms are not on the river like the older cabins. The cabins need updating badly but the location is so pretty. If the cabins were renovated like the rooms attached to the main building it would be perfection! The staff is accommodating and friendly.

Summary: Was a really nice cabin getaway. Even though it’s not set in the woods the owners had great communication, there was a communal fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, and access to the pemi river. Close to local shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely return!

Summary: Loved the river right behind the cabin. Was wonderful to listen to all night. The river drowned out any road noise which was great.
