Isolate yourself from crowds and noise in a big spacious house with four bedrooms. The house is cleaned by professionals following new guidance. A big plot with direct access to the sea provides plenty of space for your holidays.
You can leave the house wearing only your bathing suit and just cross the road to get to beach, from this spacious, serene cottage at the outskirts of charming Kyparissia.
The space
With a vineyard at the front and an olive grove in the back, this traditional two-level cottage stands tall behind the promise of relaxing vacations, close to nature, ideal for families and/or couples. It offers seclusion, despite its proximity to the active center of a colorful city (3’ by car). It gives you a true feeling of the Greek countryside, notwithstanding its easy access by plane (60 km from Kalamata airport) or by road (a 2,5-hour drive from the Greek capital).
The front entrance is approached through a wide patio overlooking the estate and the calm beach in front of it. Constructed in the west direction, this area is ideal for enjoying a hearty Greek breakfast; the breathtaking sunset; or the starlit darkness of the night sky.
Sliding doors connect the patio to the living room and the adjoining dining hall, which are adorned by marble floors and a big fire place. Air-conditioning ascertains a pleasant stay even during the hottest summer days. Inside you can find a TV with a DVD player and a laptop with wireless Internet connection. The dining table, seating 6 people, can be replaced by a ping pong table that is available in the premises, which ensures hours of limitless fun for children and adults alike.
The next room is a sizable kitchen that is fully equipped with the necessary utensils, as well with as a dishwasher and a microwave over. A second patio overlooks the olive trees at the back yard and is ideal for having an afternoon coffee or tea. Two hammocks can be placed there, together with a barbecue.
Both on the ground and on the first floor, one can find two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is hot running water at the bathrooms, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Each bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub.

Summary: Well kept and about 100 metres to the beach and about 500 metres to the main beach with bar/restaurant. House could easily hold two families of four. Yard has lots of room and Mary was excellent in her communication.

Summary: We had good stay and Mary was very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is in a good location for sight seeing and plenty of beaches and restaurants nearby in the town which you can walk to. Four bedrooms and a good size kitchen, well equipped. The only slight downsides were that the bathrooms and showers could do with updating and there were one or two other issues which we mentioned to Mary. We would happily return. In sum a spacious comfortable house, in a top notch location.

Summary: The House is really beautiful and we had a very nice holiday in early September. The terraces with sea view we really enjoyed. Kyparissia is close and you get all what you need. The beach was good but not suitable for a four year old because of the stones in the sea. South of Kyparissia there are beaches that are flat and sandy (with the car 20 minutes). But there is one star less, because the wild dogs bother us a lot with their barking at night. We now it is not Mary’s fold!

Summary: The house is great - from the location, so close to the beach (quite rocky and shoes needed but worth it), to the town with some wonderful food and nightlife, to all the space for 4 adults and 2 kids. There are some great beaches close by and it is only an hour from olympia, well worth the drive. Uo on the hill is a great street with lovely views and food :-) We had a wonderful time, Mary is great to deal with, very responsive to any questions and just so lovely. We will definitely be back to the area and hope the house will be available in the future. thanks so much bronwyn

Summary: The listing is accurate about location, layout and amenities. Very comfortable with lots of space and light. Clean and well-maintained. Very well-equipped kitchen; large with several work surfaces, and table and chairs. Front balcony is also a generous size with table and chairs, and beautiful views of the sea, sunset and surroundings. Good WiFi. Mary was very welcoming, explained the house well and was easy to contact if we needed to. Village only 5 minute drive with good shops. Sea is 3 minute walk, often with decent waves for a really exhilarating swim. I would definitely recommend this property.
