Positive: Fabulous location and the apartment is lovely. Great views - close to the town centre and the beach. Host is lovely. Highly recommend.

Summary: We loved Kyparissia - it's a smaller town but felt really authentically Greek.

Positive: The location.

Negative: Firstly, it is 5 flight of stairs to get to the apartment and no elevator. The electric stovetop only works with certain types of pots and we only had a small frying pan that we could use. The administrator was aware and never brought the proper pans. The AC worked but the air was very low in the main room. No folder was provided with instructions for the use of the washer, stovetop, AC or TV, or what to do with the garbage. We were never able to use the TV during our entire stay. The Wifi was only available in the entrance hall, and living room. It did not reach the two bedrooms on the second floor lofts. The bathrooms have a glass ceiling that one can see the person using the bathroom and this was covered with a bedcover. Lastly, we were received by a woman named Lara who works with iFlat and she charged us the required quest fee and left without explaining anything. When I asked for the nearest supermarket, she responded “you have to search google” and left. Not a nice experience and would NOT recommend this rental unit to ANYONE!! Its a complete rip off!

Positive: Spacious, nice size dining table and living room seating, ample kitchen equipment - crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils etc. Stove and oven and washing machine worked well. Nice TV. Good quality comfortable beds.

Negative: Awkward glass floors over the bathrooms from the loft rooms.

Summary: the location was excellent. The flat served our purpose for a family holiday in the best possible way.
