Positive: The space was good, especially for a family of 6, the main bed was ideal, since it was low, my 1 yr old could easily get off on his own. Overall I liked everything. Owner was responsive in a timely manner and also bonus points, he let my kid keep some little toy cars that he found in the house.

Negative: The only thing would be maybe just little details, dishes were left from the previous stay in the washer, under the kitchen sink, was a really used sponge that shoulda probably been in the trash, had to move it because of my curious baby. Besides that we really enjoyed it, have nothing bad to say about the place or the owner.👌

Positive: Great value. We had 5 adults and everyone was able to be accommodated. It's really hard to beat the price we paid for the amount of people we had and the length of stay.

Negative: Location is about a 20 minute drive from downtown. This was something we knew going in to it and figured that it was still superior value to stay here and drive the 20 minutes to downtown, so this isn't a huge con. Another small thing was that there was no toilet paper in the master bathroom, so we had to take the 1 spare roll from downstairs, leaving us with a lack of toilet paper overall.

Summary: Awesome value for the amount of space you get.
