Positive: This is a beautiful house with exceptional customer service from the owners. It is decorated well and any question we had was easily answered.

Negative: This is not an issue for many, but if guests plan on cooking and depending on what dishes they like to use--may want to bring their own. There is no ladle; there are large, slotted spoons with holes instead. There are a lot of dishes, but many are non-sticks that other guests seemed to have scratched up. The mugs, drinking glasses and plates are great though!
