Summary: House was very clean and comfortable. Loved having sheets and towels provided. You can hear the ocean from the house, and it’s a quick drive over the dune to park on the beach (passes provided) and set up for the day. Entry code made check in super easy, no key to worry about. Check out process also very seamless. We saw horses on our drive up the beach and a few sightings near the house! What a cool place Carova is. Hope it stays wild.

Summary: We loved it. Place has the old school northern outer banks charm. Super clean, quite and off the beaten path. We come up every year to fish with a bunch of friends and got our own place this time as we were arriving later this week. Close and convenient for us to get to the beach and back home late after drum fishing. Super hot showers and great water pressure are bonuses for this place.
