Positive: The location was spectacular. The house was very comfortable and larger than it looks in the photos. The access to the beach cannot be beat.

Negative: I liked everything, but it would have been nice if the owner offered beach chairs, beach, umbrella, and beach towels

Positive: the view is wonderful.

Negative: the stairs were hard for me. the rugs in bedrooms are soiled. cabinet door off hinge inLR. The entertainment set up is a drag. My room mate hated the mattress in the small bedroom.

Summary: The place is great. I would come back again but the price, with all the fees is very high.
