Positive: Large room, large bathroom with traditional Turkish hammam basin in addition to standard shower, views directly onto the ancient necropolis, special praise for quality breakfast, helpful & friendly staff.

Negative: The balcony door didn't close properly, wifi was not working, balcony floor - wobbly tiles, chairs on the balcony broken, bedside lights broken, generally quite noisy as it is on a busy main thoroughfare with lots of traffic. Surprisingly there was no sheet or blanket on the bed to cover, only the sheet to sleep on. It was chilly and we asked for duvets to sleep under. After much explaining the duvets were given to us but without duvet covers. The design and fittings are a bit dated.

Summary: This is a 4 star hotel. For its rating and price the level of comfort and service was substandard.
