Positive: Location is perfect. The mansion itself is perfect. Good breakfast.

Negative: All night long, noises can be heard coming from the kitchen. Additionally, the music is far too loud until late in the evening. It is clearly audible and disturbing in the rooms. The rooms are also very noisy.
