Positive: One of my favorite guest houses we have stayed in! The hosts are absolutely lovely, we felt very welcome and they were very helpful. Room is spacious, clean and has good air conditioning. An easy walk to beach, restaurants, shops and bus stop.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: As soon as I opened the gate I felt all was good. It is a hidden gem. One of the best places I have ever stayed in. I had to find a place last minute because my Orbi City reservation was cancelled and I am happy to have found this place. It is quiet and clean. The owner gave me sweets and fruits. Everything was perfect It is close to the bus stop, stores, restaurants and the sea.

Positive: the best of all - hosts: Naira and Ucha very friendly. all questions you could resolve with them. there is a good kitchen, washer and places for eating.

Negative: in one corner room need to check water seal at the sewerage in the toilet.

Positive: Nice guesthouse in easy reach of Batumi by bus. Clean, friendly, helpful, well run with decent facilities at hand. Supermarkets close by with one particularly good little family restaurant beside them (it’s not on Google maps, it’s downstairs between the pharmacy and the ATM lookalike).

Negative: The WiFi is decent near the kitchen but is touch and go the further away your room is. A booster would likely solve this issue 😉.

Summary: Great affordable choice for easy access to Batumi.

Positive: Very nice guest house with comfortable rooms. Air conditioner, fridge, bathroom, everything is clean and working. Owners are very kind, polite and best people ever! One thing I regret, I have never been here before.)

Summary: Excellent! I thought I want to spend my vacation in house with courtyard nearby the seaside. I have found much better!
