Positive: The host is fantastic! Very helpful. And the location is great. You can see Batumi skyline from the beach. Only thing the house is next to the busy road, so some noise is unavoidable.

Positive: I live 5 days.We live in first flor the room is musty smell, the bath is so small i cant normal washing and waiting hot water 10min.The shared kitchen is big but everything is old and little dirty… a lot of cats, i feed them .guest house lady is very nice. Near ir bar, minimarket, beach, minibus stop
