Patsy's Gate is a large house in Red Hill South set on 4.5 acres complete with pool and tennis court. Four bedrooms, three with built ins. Master with ensuite and walk in robe.
Two spacious living zones with fire place in the open plan living room. Well appointed kitchen with new cookware.
Solar heated, salt water pool with gas heated spa. Tennis court with night lights. Racquets supplied.
2 x outdoor settings to soak up the fresh air. Pet friendly (outside only) on enquiry.
Linen - BYO or charge $25 per person, per stay to provide
Bond: $1000 for weekend bookings

Bedroom 1: Queen bed w walk in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed w built in robes
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds, double/single & single/single.

3 x split cycle systems (upstairs master bedroom, kitchen/dining & lounge). Ducted gas heating downstairs. Open fireplace, Dish washer, Washing machine & dryer, BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 x TVs (1 w blue ray player, 1 w Apple TV), Stereo w bluetooth, Wii games, tennis court, fully fenced solar heated swimming pool, gas heated spa.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 5 NIGHT MINIMUM FROM DECEMBER 16th to JANUARY 31st. And during SCHOOL HOLIDAY PERIODS in APRIL, JUNE & SEPT.
Bookings for any party group will be cancelled as this property is not suitable for these groups. The booking will only be accepted on the basis that guests agree to respect our neighbours and abide by our House Rules and the VIC Code of Conduct. Bookings that do not meet these requirements will be cancelled with a full refund.

Summary: We loved our stay. The home is clean, spacious and the grounds are amazing. We travelled as a group of 5 celebrating our 50th birthdays. We loved the kitchen and the large table to sit and eat and chat around. We even found time for a game of tennis. Will definitely book the property again in future

Summary: Beautifully presented and well-equipped, including board games. The pool and the spa were excellent, even on a rainy day! We all loved the kitchen and the two living spaces - something for everyone. Thank you for making our weekend away extra special!

Summary: The property is just incredible - we had most amazing stay. Loved the tennis court and the hot spa. House had everything you needed and fit two families with lots of kids very comfortably. Close to wineries and cafe. Love our weekend there!

Summary: Our family including 16, 21 & 23 yo “kids” loved our stay. The kids could come and go depending on other commitments as it was only an hour from home and we had visits from grandparents , cousins and friends. It was close to wineries, Pt Leo & walking tracks - but really there was no need to leave the “resort”. Great tennis court, pool & spa with views plenty of inside and outside places to laze around, Shady and sunny options, large land/ garden and an exceptionally well stocked kitchen.

Summary: We stayed here over Christmas and it was an overall great experience, we were able to get away with the fur babies for 5 days in this beautiful home. We got much use out of the tennis court and the dogs loved running around the beautiful yard. If we ever needed anything Justine and Brett were there to ensure our stay was an amazing as possible, even on Christmas day Justine was in full contact with us to help answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house to stay for a couple of days or longer, it's a peaceful retreat and 110% we will be back. Regards Dave & Sharni (& Fur Babies)

Summary: Perfect location for a attending a wedding reception at Max’s Restaurant. Also easy walk to the brewery. House is roomy, great kitchen while having three bathrooms is a bonus for getting ready.

Summary: What a wonderful find. Great location. Magical setting. Lovely heated pool and spa. Plenty of room for everyone. Sharp knives and everything else you need in the kitchen. Brett responded to any queries we had and resolved any issues in a friendly and prompt manner. We had a lovely stay and would have no hesitation to return in the future.
