Positive: We loved the location - the pool and gardens are an oasis of tranquility. The staff were amazing - very welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were quite impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant at dinner, even if the selection was a little limited.

Negative: The rooms were rather darker than shown in the photos, because of the trees in front of the windows. Although the staff who did serve us were great, the hotel felt understaffed, needing more capacity in the restaurant, bar and housekeeping areas to maintain the quality of service.

Positive: Great location, nice breakfast, terrace is fresh, garden is well kept and swimming pool is super clean and well maintained. Staff is very nice.

Negative: Beds are not comfortable, you can feel the springs.

Positive: the pool was amazing. Small, but gorgeous and well kept. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was lovely

Negative: the staff was not helpful: I was travelling alone with a child and no one offered to help with the bags both and check in and check out. We needed to change room on the first night due to ants in the room. That was a huge inconvenient at property's responsibility that was handled poorly, and only after I requested for help with the bags, it was offered. I was disappointed, these are the basics.
