Positive: Lovely furnishings from Neptune (which we subsequently visited). It had the most comfortable sofa that I have ever come across in a self-catering unit. Bed was also very comfy.

Negative: There were some basic cupboard ingredients such as tea, coffee, cooking oil, etc. which was lovely. I appreciate it was a dog-friendly property, but I had to move the welcome bag of dog kibble out of the food cupboard for the duration of the stay as it ponged.

Summary: Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Positive: Lovely well equipped studio cottage in a great location for Goodwood and Chichester. Spotlessly clean.

Negative: Very impersonal - didn't ever meet our hosts and quickly realised that the chatty texts were from an automated system. Thought I'd booked through booking.com as I have many times before but actually it was managed by "Pass the Keys" and subcontracted to "Know your guest" and then further contracted to a very dodgy company called "Superhog" who wanted copies of my passport and loads of personal details as well as a £500 deposit. Superhog have the most appalling on line reviews - as a fifth party in the contract I really wasn't happy with these guys. I asked one question of the host which I'm sure the host didn't receive as the answer given was incorrect. I probably won't use Pass the Keys again and would book through other agencies in the future.
