One bedroom self catering property with en suite shower room. The bedroom has a superking bed or 2 singles, whichever is preferred. There is an open plan living dining kitchen area. The kitchen has a double oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Crockery and cutlery are also provided along with bed linen, bath towels, tea towels and washing up liquid. The property is single storey with parking. There is a small patio and garden to the rear overlooking open fields.

Summary: The cleanliness of the accommodation, easy parking and situated in a beautiful setting. The only small problem we had was with the kitchen sink tap, it's loose, the taps operate backwards, just try it!

Summary: Parsnip Place was ideal for our stay with no steps and walk-in shower. Lovely and clean with comfy bed. Rooms had plenty of space. Very close to the Rutland Water Nature Reserve. Plenty of places to eat out close by.

Summary: Although the accommodation overall was very comfortable, the kitchen was poorly equipped in comparison with the many other self-catering places we have stayed in.For example, other similar accommodation provides a pint of milk at least, and often a 'welcome pack'.There was not even a pint of milk provided and there was no salt and pepper.I don't believe it is reasonable to expect holiday makers to bring their own salt and pepper. No site map, so we did not know where the laundry was.
