Positive: Very friendly lady looking after the property. Washing facilities if needed. Nice outside area to sit out. We Used Uber in and out of town as where there for some celebrations.
Negative: Can do with a ceiling fan or any other sort of fan. We happened to be there on a very hot weekend.

Positive: The terrace was lovely to watch the wildlife from. Lovely decor. Comfy beds. Friendly family onsite. Lovely dog too 😍 Perfect location to see all Rutland water has to offer. So quiet in the evenings! The Fox pub was just a short drive away served AMAZING food and were so friendly and helpful. Gorgeous pub!
Negative: Patchy WiFi BUT we were in a remote location so expected this but had a needy teenager with us!!
