Summary: This house can accommodate a large group comfortably. There is enough seating to eat together. Also, there are two large living rooms that are conducive to conversation. The outside area is pleasant and offers privacy. There are steps between the different areas even though it appears to be a one level home. This did not bother us, but might be a consideration for another group.

Summary: The property was perfectly located for all of the different age groups we had. The park across the way with Tennis courts gave kids and adults something to do every day. The house had everything we needed to entertain our large group and we never felt crowded. The property manager was so easy to work with. We highly recommend the property.

Summary: This was a perfect location for our family to gather as we celebrated a wedding. The house is very large with plenty of places to be together or to hide away for some alone time. Bedrooms are ample and so many bathrooms. We had 15 adults and one child with a range of ages from 2 to 82. Outdoor space was fantastic. We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for 25. Location is easy to find and access to the park across the street was convenient. The only comment I would make is there are lots of single step-downs in the house. My elderly father did okay, but want to make sure others did not think the house was level. Very minor detail compared to the rest of the house.

Summary: Our stay at Parqhouse was wonderful! Everything was set up just as described by our host who communicated with us with expertise and efficiency. He was exceptional. Parqhouse is a clean and inviting home, a perfect spot for a large family or group. It has spacious gathering areas, a well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms designed with families and group guests in mind and multiple eating areas in the home and on the patio. Montgomery Park is right across the street. The home was the ideal facility for us to gather with our children and grandchildren. It has convenient access to all the amazing activities Albuquerque has to offer. From the special shapes launch session at the Balloon Fiesta to Gardunos Restaurant, to Old Town, and to family hikes there are plenty of great family activities with Parqhouse inviting us in each time we came home. It is the perfect place to gather, relax, visit, play games, enjoy the park, and take in all Albuquerque has to offer. Our thanks to the Allens for helping us create and enjoy the best family reunion ever.
