Summary: Both homes were clean and contained all the necessity appliances needed. The garages were spacious as well and can easily fit two cars in each. If staying with a large group, I would highly recommend as everything was spacious and even feels close to one another, so you never really feel separated. The location was close to all the shops as well, such as Target, Starbucks, etc. Overall, highly recommend!

Summary: The space was very clean and convenient, and communication with management was very easy. Check-in was very simple. There was even a price dispute with VRBO (VRBO showed a price lower than Irvie Homes had listed), but the property took the loss on the discrepancy, which showed that they do care about their customers. I did expect the properties to be a bit more connected (such as a shared lawn, backyard, or porch), and I did not expect them to be connected to other units. These posed minimal problems to us, but wasn't exactly what we were expecting. So long as those don't significantly affect your needs from this property, you will have a great stay.

Summary: Really nice properties, nice bedrooms everyone slept comfortably. Nice quiet neighborhood. Houses were nice and clean. Nice that we could park in the garages. Really good location, not far from anything we wanted to do. Also owner was very helpful with suggestions about places to visit. Very accommodating! Left us fruit which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. We were able to cook and serve thanksgiving dinner in one of the kitchens. Our family had a great time!
