Positive: Fantastic location, was easy to access. The apartment was modern, quiet and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It had great views at night of the Sky Tower and the Auckland Port all lit up.
Negative: Although there was Aircon in the lounge which was great, we found the bedrooms hot, especially the second bedroom. We were unable to locate the remote for the fan provided. Perhaps aircon in the bedrooms could be looked into?
Summary: Fantastic stay, exactly what we wanted, great location, would definitely stay again

Positive: The apartment was well presented and clean, owners were lovely and very helpful and even let us check in early. Only a short walk to Spark Arena (less than 10mins)

Positive: We loved the location , close enough to go anywhere , but far enough from busy and noise pubs bars . Great view from spacious balcony . The apartment itself is very new and modern also very quite . A lot of parking nearby the building .
Negative: Only one thing i would like to add on thats the small room can be quite close , so i would like to add on a fan will be perfect.

Positive: Although I personally didn't end up joining this trip, those who went spoke very highly of their experience. Loved the accommodation, fabulous night views, perfect location for the purpose of the trip, fabulous hosts. The only issue was the parking stacker and needing to pay for street parking instead. Otherwise excellent all round and would def stay again.

Positive: Perfect base for a concert at Spark Arena (less than a 10 minute walk). Apartment was clean with very comfortable beds. Host was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend this accommodation and have already rebooked for our next concert!

Lounge was a bit small if there were 4 of you but manageable, we were just a group of 3 so had no problem. Howard communicated great with us and even let us check in a little early. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to our friends. A++
