Positive: The room is beautiful and quiet, with a lovely small garden outside the floor to ceiling class windows. Completely private. The owner has provided every possible thing you could need, from a selection of breakfast cereals, a few fridge items, cleaning supplies, A/C, comfortable chairs, a dining table, and much, much more. Never seen a place with more thoughtful amenities.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: 5 star room with every possible amenity you could imagine - about 15 min walk to many restaurants

Positive: Excellent service and communication, super clean and tidy, loved all the little touches, the food in the fridge and cupboards, and the toiletries in the bathroom. The shower was amazing, great pressure and nice and hot. The room was nice and private. Close to all that we needed, i.e., shops and spark arena for concert. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating.

Negative: Bed was a little hard for me, but that is just personal preference. Apart from that, no complaints at all.

Positive: Very close to the City of Auckland but in a quite location. Susan could not have made us more welcome. Room was well equipped and bed was very comfortable.

Negative: This would not worry many people but there were no windows that opened which meant we had to rely on the AC.

Summary: Would certainly reccomend this accommodation to others.

Positive: This studio was perfect for our stay in Auckland. We really liked all of the thoughtful touches throughout, including the many charging ports, well stocked fridge and wardrobe, clean space, and comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked very well, Susan was very responsive and helpful with organising parking for us, and the air-conditioning was much appreciated during the hot and humid days we were there.

Negative: Nothing, this was a perfect stay for us.
