Our home is settled in a gorgeous tree lined street at the far corner of a beautiful, quiet park. Instead of seeing neighboring houses, you'll see 70 year old maple, elm and oak trees with rolling grass lawns. Its perfect if you are looking for privacy, peace and quiet.
Step inside to hard wood floors through-out with cozy area rugs for warmth . You'll see the wood stove in the living room. It is filled and ready to light with more wood always available.
The Bathroom sits between the 2 bedrooms and is fully stalked with towels, soap, blow dryer, etc. Full size tub and large sink and toilet.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes pots and pans spices and more. Coffee center has a new coffee pot and hot water pot with tea and coffee available. Dishwasher, Microwave are new, Refridgerator and Stove (highly functional) are from the 50's the year the house was built which adds to the charm of the house. The Dining Room connects with the kitchen and has sliding glass doors to the back patio.
The backyard is newly landscaped and has several fun features. The latest addition is The Art Barn, a covered shared space with hanging chairs and a little red propane campfire and BBQ. On the deck there is seating for dining and lounging, the lounge chairs are perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets! Blueberries and raspberries are yours for the picking when they are in season!
There is a good size flag stone patio in front of the house too. It's a fun place to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening, we enjoy watching dogs taking their people for walks.
The house has an attached garage with a room overhead. This room is also rented out as a vacation rental and uses the second bathroom and laundryroom.
It is surprising how quiet and private the property feels. Our son built a Tiny House in the backyard and is currently living there. He is rarely home and very quiet. Parkside Paradise (The Main House) and The Nest (The Studio above the garage) each have their own private entrance. Many of our guests comment about never seeing anyone else the whole time they were here! We think you will love it too!

Summary: This is a great property for comfort, closeness to big box stores and UO. Used it for Univ of Oregon move-in when we had a lot of luggage and shopping. The outside space is relaxing for morning coffee, and eat-in kitchen is cute with everything you need. Having laundry avail too is wonderful. Great beds for sleeping.

Summary: Great little neighborhood by a nice park and high school. House is very clean and very comfortable. Many wonderful amenities to make you feel at home. Diana and her husband are wonderful hosts. Very responsive and thoughtful. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Amazingly perfect. Genuine, kind, and steadfastly guest-oriented hosts. The property is beautiful (gorgeous landscaping, mature trees, etc.) and is situated across an equally beautiful park. Very easy access to the university stadiums via a short walk and one bus ride. Book this bnb!

Summary: Fresh flowers and cookies were on the table when we arrived. This was the perfect place for us: 2 seniors and our son. We enjoyed having our grandkids join us for their dad’s 48th birthday and Thanksgiving celebration. Large kitchen and living area was perfect for 8 adults. This house is directly across from a beautiful Park and the backyard is also setup nicely. Bring ice if you will be needing any for drinks

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. The location is great with easy access to a lot Eugene has to offer. Diana and Brad were excellent host and quickly answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this property. There are a lot of options available at the property for accommodating guest.
