Positive: It was spacious. Great for our family. Close to the events we attended. Eugene marathon, spring game and baseball. Loved everything about the home. Gave everyone there space. The kids loved the hot tub.
Negative: Nothing. There was nothing to complain about.

Negative: The fact that the owner stays upstairs and you have a time limit on curfew and making noise! Some people work different schedules but I made it work and it's a great place

Positive: The hot tub was really nice on a rainy night, and the lighting made the backyard just so comfy and inviting. I really enjoyed the living room window that looked out into the green backyard and that the bed covers were really soft.
Negative: The hot water didn't seem to last too long in the showers, but the double showerhead in the hall bathroom made it seem worthwhile nonetheless.

Positive: It was super cute and fully functional! Over the top functionality!
Negative: When we arrived, it was freezing cold and we had to warm it up. Also, there were not enough towels for the hot tub and showers so we had to wash them to function for the entire weekend. Not the biggest deal though.

Positive: I liked the style of the interior and the hot tub. The kitchen was awesome to cook in, and I appreciated the olive oil. It’s little things that made our stay extra special. It was really helpful to have the use of the W/D.
Negative: I would have loved if it also had a fire pit and possibly a grill, but there was nothing about the property I didn’t like.
Summary: We loved our stay at Riverwalk! Thank you for being such an amazing host!
