Summary: very pleased with the condo, the view, all the amenities, the manager. I slept in the large bedroom and had a difficult time with the valley on the left hand side of the bed. Also it would have been helpful to have a guide to using the tv. Otherwise we were very pleased with the unit.

Summary: We love staying at Newport Townhomes and this one was no exception. 10 minute drive to The Canyons and having all essentials including grocery, restaurants nearby is very convenient. And we love walking the trail along the beautiful Preserve. We had a minor issue upon checking in and the manager was able to help us immediately. We will definitely come back!

Summary: The view was so beautiful! There were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The area was very safe. It was nice to have a sidewalk to walk/run right outside of the town home wth amazing views. Shirley was very responsive to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Summary: We rented for 10 days, it was the perfect condo for our family ski trip. Two nice bedrooms and the day bed in the hall was great for an occasional guest. My wife and I, with two of our adult daughters enjoyed the shops, restaurants of the neighborhood and easy access to the slopes.
