Summary: Great stay, very clean, nice pool, the staff were friendly and what stuck out is them opening the automatic doors from the desk when leaving and entering, very nice touch!

Summary: We stayed in one of the townhomes and really enjoyed it. The only reason we didn’t give five stars is because the pool didn’t not seem very clean and had a bad smell outside. Also the king bed in our room was awful, very uncomfortable and so noisy any time one of us moved.

Summary: We chose this location for three main reasons: the convenient location, the private hot tub, and the private balcony. While the location was great and close to everything we needed, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, both sets of blinds—one leading to the patio with the hot tub and the other to the private balcony off the master bathroom—were broken. We requested maintenance, and while someone came by, we were told the blinds couldn’t be fixed and that we wouldn’t be charged for the damage (which should be a given, as they were already broken). What was more disappointing was the complete lack of effort to offer any sort of solution or alternative. It felt like our concerns were brushed off, which made the stay less enjoyable. The inability to open the blinds significantly changed the atmosphere of the rooms and took away from the experience we were hoping for with the hot tub and balcony views. On top of that, the fridge had a strange odor, the hot tub had visible damage with a large hole in the frame, and the outdoor furniture was tipped over and dirty upon arrival. While the location is definitely a strong point, it didn’t outweigh the lack of attention to detail or customer service we experienced. We’ll likely be exploring other options for our next trip to Park City.

Summary: Amenities were a bit sad for the cost. Not a great place for kids either. Could also use some updating with the TV and appliances. Also, no microwave in the room? Pretty inconvenient. Would look elsewhere for a better stay next time.

Summary: Our room and stay was amazing. Helpful staff, great food recommendations and cozy lobby and room. The only issue we have is the pull out bed was horrible. No padding and missing springs. We ended up putting it back and just making up the couch as a bed.

Summary: The hotel and the area are amazing the rooms are nice and clean the first rooms hot tub didn’t work they made it right immediately and switched us rooms with a better view nice coffee shops and restaurants and shops near by overall very impressed came for my girlfriends birthday I’ll be coming back as long as the rooms don’t get to expensive
