Summary: Amazing place! From the size of the luxury suite to the views, to having the plus of the Hot tub on the balcony, to restaurants walkable out your door. Great place!

Summary: Clean room. However it's clear the property is not well maintained during summer. First they had fans all along the outside of the convention center and it smelled musty. Once in the room we couldn't get comfortable because the chairs had the bottoms dropped out of them. Although it has a TV and fireplace they were so oddly placed in the corner that even if you could drag one of the uncomfortable chairs over you are not seeing the TV or feeling the warmth. Finally, the door to the balcony would NOT lock. How can I be at ease knowing the easy access to the room from the street. We brought the issue to the attention of the front desk and she said there was a sign on how to lock it that almost everyone misses. How is that helpful?

Summary: What a gem of a property! It’s nested at the back of an open air mall and between a nature conservation area. Every store and restaurant you could want in walking distance. The room was massive! Essentially a small apartment and everything you’d need to cook, but we didn’t…probably will next time. The full size hot tub on the private (big!) balcony was incredible. Only wish it was colder out to get more use out of it. While we were there someone hit an electrical box and the entire property lost power for about 7 hours. The hotel sent updates via text the whole time and the level of care and communication were of the highest quality. The following morning they provided donuts, coffee, juice, muffins, and yogurt for the inconvenience (it got a little hot without A/C, but not their fault.) An absolutely fantastic hotel. Can’t wait to visit in the winter!

Summary: Checking in was a little confusing as it wasn't clear where the main entrance was located, but once I found it I was well taken care of. We enjoyed the gym and had a lovely stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. This is our second time spending our wedding anniversary here and we will come back again in the future! Everything was extremely clean, and they took very good care of our room daily. They restocked towels, paper products and made beds etc. We love the private hot tub on the balcony as well as the fireplace and full kitchen! I have nothing but great things to say about this resort and have never had any complaints. I recommend staying here to anyone!
