The view from the house is breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out before you and the opportunity to watch the sunrise every morning. Our host, Dave, was wonderful. He provided detailed information about the neighborhood and the island's attractions, and even shared some birthday cake with us. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and was impeccably clean. Dave was also very responsive, always available to answer our questions. If you're looking to recharge in a tranquil setting on the island, I highly recommend this place.

Positive: Wonderful experience. Magical views of the ocean and surrounding fields. Peaceful town with friendly people. The house is nicely restored. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Being able to do laundry was great. The hot tub was a great ending to the days. The house is very close to so many beautiful spots and only 1 hour from the airport.

Positive: The location on the most eastern point of the island is amazing. You can see the ocean from basically every window in the house. If you want, you can even enjoy the ocean view while taking a shower - highly recommend! The house itself is super cozy, so even if the weather is not the best, you can just make yourself comfortable on the couch or sit in the hot tub (also with an ocean view). Also one of the best equipped places we've been to so far. And if it isn't enough that the place is so nice: David is also an amazing Host. Super friendly and helpful. We'll actually miss that place! :)

Positive: Beautiful location overlooking the ocean, very private, very small village off the beaten path, kind and welcoming people in the village, helpful and responsive host, comfortable property, wonderful to relax in the hot tub in the evenings looking out on the sea.

Negative: We liked everything about our stay. However it is not for you if you want a pristine 5 star hotel. It is a slightly rustic place that feels like a home, not a resort.

Summary: Amazing, best spot of our 6 week holiday. Would definitely return.

Positive: The accommodation is in an amazing location where it is completely peaceful and you can watch and listen to the ocean and watch the dolphins. The owner David is very kind and speaks perfect English, he will help you with everything and we even received a small gift and a delicious pastel de nata from him. It also has a telescope in the accommodation for observing the ocean. In the morning you can watch the sunrise. There is only 1 small shop in the locality and otherwise it is completely quiet. The jacuzzi is wonderful, and you can enjoy it especially in the evening after the trek. The kitchen is well equipped and in the vicinity of the village you can go on a nice walk along the coast. It was a balm for the soul.

Summary: I loved sitting on the terrace and watching the ocean.

Negative: The owner dog was a bit too friendly. If you come by car, be careful the slop is quite hard to climb.

Positive: This place is an extraordinary gem on the ocean shore in Pedreira. The view is stunning and on a clear day you can see thousands of stars in the sky, huge mountains and beautiful green nature surronding the apartment. The apartment itself is well-equipped, also a jacuzzi is at the guest's disposal at any time. The owner, David, was waiting for us at night with some cold beers to show around the property. He was extremely helpful and kind to serve with tips about the surroundings. We would recommend this apartment for everybody wishing to stay at an extraordinary place with kind people and beautiful nature.
